ADMISSION TO CLASS NURSERY AND PREP
ELIGIBILITY
Sr. No.Session 2023-24 
1Minimum age 3+ years as on 31st March 2023 for Class Nursery.
2Minimum age 4+ years as on 31st March 2023 for Class Prep.
3The admission to Class Nursery and Prep will be through informal interaction with the child as well
as the parents.
HOW TO APPLY

 Parents may register online/offline.
 Fill the registration form online. Once the form is filled and submitted, a computer generated
registration number with the guidelines will be sent to your Email Address as mentioned by you in
the registration form.

THE ONLINE FORM/PAYMENT
 Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form..
 To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
 Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the school.
 In case of any query, you can write an E-mail to kpsmurthal@gmail.com. Queries to any other E-
mail Id shall not be accepted.
 Please note that registration amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
 The school shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly
or indirectly while making payment. The transaction failure, in process or any other financial hassle
will not be answered/handeled by the school. Kindly contact your bank for any such details.
ENTRANCE

 All the parents who have registered their children will be informed about the interaction through an
email.
 For classes Nursery and Prep an interaction will be conducted.
 For classes I to IX & XI. All details related to the admission test, schedule and syllabus etc. will be
shared through email.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
 Only the selected candidates will receive an email regarding the grant of admission/ their selection
and further process.
 The school reserves the right to grant/reject any admission application wihout assigning any reason.
ADMISSION
For Classes Nursery & Prep
 A brief interaction of the child with the teachers, followed by an interaction of the parents with the
Principal.
 Date, time and venue will be shared 2-3 days before the interaction.
 A hard copy of the registration form (duly filled) is required on the day of interaction.
 Communication of the result to the parents through an email, if the selection is approved.
 Admission formalities to be fulfilled within 3 days of selection.
For Classes I to IX & XI
 Syllabus for the written exam will be sent for preparation through an email along with the
intimation of the test date.
 Interaction of the parents and the child with the Principal, in case the student qualifies in the written
exam.
 An email communication for grant of admission to the parents if the selection is approved.
 Submission of admission form, important documents and fees will complete the admission process.
In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the vacancy will be offered to the next
candidate. The decision of the school with regard to the admission will be final and binding.
Admission of the students is done purely on Merit basis.
The school transport is available on the selected routes (Please CLICK HERE to see the currently
plying routes 2022-23).
Transport facility is an optional/additional facility and depends on the availability of the seats.
Transport plan shall not be made as per the individual convienences of parents.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the Admission Form:
 Birth Certificate (Admission for Nursery to Class I).
 Current Residence Proof (Ration Card/Voter Id Card/Utility Bill/ Rent Agreement/Sale Deed/
Aadhaar Card).
 Photo ID proof of both the parents (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Id-Card).
 4 Passport size latest photograph of the child and both the parents.
 2 passport size latest photograph of the guardian (if applicable).
 Academic Progress Card of the previous class attended by the student (for admission in grade III
and above).
 Blood group report of the child.
 Attested copies of legal document if the child is being brought up by a single parent.
 Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (only for students seeking admission in
Class II onwards).
 Original Character Certificate from the last school attended (only for student seeking admission in
grade XI).
 Original Migration certificate (only for NON-CBSE student seeking admission in grade XI).
